Ooh! Queen Bee

Everyone needs a little extra love on Mondays, hey?

Well, remind your good self, once in a while, exactly who's boss with this vintage playing card Queen print. Unashamedly hang it somewhere prominent to give you that ego boost as you begin to go about your day.

(And if anyone comments - you're patriotic, it's for the Queen's jubilee. Duh.)

Ooh! How very vintage

I went through a phase of being a bit of a vintage freak, sifting through piles of bags and shoes, and flicking through endless rails of tea dresses and fur coats in East London.

Now, I'm less that way inclined. Don't get me wrong, I still appreciate a bit of vintage inspiration now and then, but I just don't wear it head-to-toe, all day, everyday.

This beautiful peony dress by my new fashion find, Tegan, satisfies my love for the vintage, just fine. And in a dusty purple, and subtle print, this dress is perfect pour moi...

Ooh! It's Blue...

OK, so I'll admit, I do have a bit of a thing for cobalt blue (my friends would call it an obsession, so much so that I was banned - by them - for buying anything verging on the shade for a while). All very silly!

Anyway, I think that ban has now been lifted (or at least I hope it has), else I'll get grief for snapping up Warehouse's insanely pretty and vintage-esq stripe floral midi dress.

Or I wouldn't....

They'd probably be begging to borrow it!
